Here are all the exercises mentioned in the interview! Please complete only what you are able to.

Marjariasan

A simple exercise to help with spinal issues, release tensions, and increase circulation.

Sandhi Chalan Kriyas

These Kriyas help increase mobility and help with restoring joint movement.

Setu Bandhasana

A flexibility form that helps with the lungs, neck, and spine. Do NOT attempt if you are not able to.

Marg Shuddhi

The Marg Shuddhi is practiced throughout India and known for clearing nasal passages

Kapalbhati

Another breathing exercise having a calming, cleansing effect on the body.

Tadasana

This exercise only requires standing!

Sulabh Tadagi Mudra

This exercise is rumored to decrease aging! It stretches the abdominal and back muscles.

Jivah Bandha Mudra 

This mudra reduces tension around the mouth jaw and neck. It is a low-stress exercise that can even be performed sitting down.
