The Marg Shuddhi is practiced throughout India and known for clearing nasal passages

Another breathing exercise having a calming, cleansing effect on the body.

This exercise only requires standing!

Sulabh Tadagi Mudra
This exercise is rumored to decrease aging! It stretches the abdominal and back muscles.

Jivah Bandha Mudra
This mudra reduces tension around the mouth jaw and neck. It is a low-stress exercise that can even be performed sitting down.
